Alexander Popov
Managing director
Alexander is an executive director of RONIN Europe, and is responsible for originating and executing M&A transactions and coordinating origination, execution, management and disposition of private equity investments. Prior to joining the Group, Alexander was the head of M&A department of NOMOS-BANK and Moskommerzbank. Earlier within Deloitte&Touché corporate finance department he participated in multiple projects including M&A deals, privatization and business valuation in Russia as well as CIS countries. Alexander was one of the key specialists of NIKoil corporate finance department. Alexander also has international work experience in the investment bank, Deutsche Bank in Germany. In 2000 he received a MBA diploma from University of Illinois at Chicago, USA.

Artem Delendik

Until 2008 Artem worked in NOMOS-BANK and occupied different posts.
The last position was the Head of department of structural development.
Artem graduated from Moscow State Institute International Relations.

Yuliy Shleper
CFO
Yuliy is responsible for the department of finance, middle-office and exchequer of Ronin Partners. He is in charge of formations of the consolidated accounting and administrative reporting. He also coordinates business of different departments of Ronin Partners. Previously, Yuliy worked as Head of Treasuty in Extrobank, Santander Consumer Bank and Gazenergoprombank.

Alexey Gomin
General Director
Alexey is responsible for the Asset management company, the development of new products and client attraction. In 2004-2007 Alexey managed Exchange transactions and corporate financing division of VTB24, which also included asset management of the bank's and clients' funds, brokerage and FOREX, and also originating public debt issues.
In 1996-2004 Alexey worked in GUTA bank, where he started in the position of asset manager and eventually became Director of Investment projects department. It is under his management that the debt financing department was organized in GUTA bank, he was a fund manager of GUTA-FLEMING (joint project of GUTA Bank and Flemings), within Investment division of GUTA Group he was responsible for managing Montes Auri asset management company and private pension fund PROF-PENSION. |
