RONIN Partners Group of companies has changed its auditor authorized to carry out its 2011 consolidated audit. As a result of a competition, the Board of Directors chose international company Mazars to carry out a consolidation audit of the holding company of the Ronin Partners B.V. Group.
RONIN Partners initiated the rotation of its auditor according to the European Commission recommendations to change auditors every three years. According to the regulator, this must contribute to higher independence of the audit.
